Individual and Group Sessions
- Individual session with Exercise Physiologist- health history and movement intake, relationship with movement, and behaviors
- Individual postural assessment with Exercise Physiologist- indicates what corrective exercises the patient should start with
- Exercise Physiologist creates movement plan based on the patients individual goals, interests, and stage of recovery
- Groups focused on helping the patient explore diverse modalities and discover joyful movement
