Theresa comes to us originally from New England, and she has resided in California for the last 15 years. After working in restaurant management she found her passion for Human Resources this lead to her PHR certification. Theresa has a background in Human Resources for the past 10 years working in different fields. When the opportunity with Montecatini came up, Theresa was thrilled to be given the ability to be part of the team working for a facility that dedicates its daily activity to helping people in recovery. Her desire and dedication to helping others is shown in the commitment to the employees she has served. She looks forward to assisting and supporting operations in Montecatinis’ mission and values.
