Regan graduated with a Masters of Social Work degree from Boise State University. She brings to Montecatini a passion for helping others see their worth and collaborating to cultivate a life worth living. Regan has obtained previous experience in the mental health field including specialized areas such as eating disorders, homelessness, human trafficking survivors, and people with developmental disabilities. Regan has worked with children and adults of all ages. She likes to blend different therapeutic modalities such as ACT, DBT, CBT, inner child work, and motivational interviewing when working with patients in order to best address the unique needs of each individual. Her own experiences allow her to better understand patients and what they are going through as well. Regan enjoys spending time in nature, tide pooling, spending time with family and friends, doing fun activities such as axe throwing, and spending time with her two beloved cats. She believes that everyone deserves to have support and is grateful to be able to collaborate with individuals in their journey towards recovery.
