Jessica Ealy
Director of Nursing
Jessica Ealy brings a wealth of experience and a deep passion for supporting individuals on their journey to recovery from eating disorders. Originally from Florida, Jessica has spent the past five and a half years in Denver, Colorado, dedicating the last four years to working with patients across a wide age range, from 8 to 65, in various levels of care, including PHP and inpatient settings.
Jessica began her career in direct patient care, working a variety of shifts—night, day, and mid—and serving as a charge nurse before transitioning into nursing leadership. For the past two years, she has excelled in management roles, emphasizing interdisciplinary collaboration, education, and creating a culture of safety.
Now, as Montecatini’s Director of Nursing, Jessica is excited to bring her expertise and dedication to the team, fostering exceptional care and support for patients and their families.
