Cat graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and MBA in Human Resource Management. Cat has navigated many leadership roles which led her to Montecatini to help ensure the facilities compliance with laws and regulations. Cat is a dedicated in identifying and assessing risks, prioritizing potential risk, evaluating and managing risks and imparting this information to her colleagues. Cat takes pride in the ethical standards she demonstrates and is motivated to continuously provide support to her team by implementing strategies to minimize potential future risks. Outside of work, she values spending quality time with her family, friends and giving back to her community. She also loves to cook, go on drives along the beach, travel and spend time with her fur babies.
