With over 15 years of experience in various leadership roles within the behavioral health industry, Britney brings an innovative leadership style, exceptional skills in strategic planning, communication,problem-solving, and flexibility to the role.
Britney prides herself on her collaborative approach, and active participation in the day-to-day operations at the facility. She consistently cultivates the growth of exceptional teams and individuals. Britney’s extensive background includes working with diverse populations, from foster youth to transition-aged youth in educational settings, as well as specialized programs addressing anxiety, depression, self-harm, and eating disorders.
Additionally, Britney is recognized as a certified trainer in crisis intervention, prioritizing the safety and well-being of those under her care. She has a bachelor’s in business administration and is expected to complete her MBA from National University in 2024.
Beyond her career, Britney enjoys exploring new restaurants, cooking, attending concerts, spending time with her pets, and indulging her passion for snowboarding.
